Get ready to sharpen your game this spring with Northern Lakes Hockey Association! Led by former pro and experienced coach Mike Muller, fall skills sessions are designed to help players fine-tune their skating, stick-handling, and hockey IQ. These sessions focus on high-energy drills, skill development, and building confidence on the ice - all in a fun, supportive environment.
Ages
Skills are open to mites through high school level skaters. It's recommended that kids have completed at least one year of mites.
Players should register for the level they will be playing in the fall.

Practices
Teams practice 2-3 times per week.
Cost
Spring skills is $100 for skaters, goalies are free.
