The Scheels Arena is a 5,000 seat hockey arena located in southwest Fargo, North Dakota. The Scheels Arena is home to the a USHL hockey team the Fargo Force, Fargo high school hockey, the 2009 IIHF World U18 Championship and the 2011 World Curling Championship and many other special events.

FARGO Tournament details

Ice Cream Social/Open Skate/Pin Trading Event-Dec. 31st
We will be hosting an Ice Cream Social/Open Skate/Pin Trading event at Southwest Arena on December 31st from 5-7 PM. In order for our committee to plan, we request that you let us know if your team will be attending or not. Please do so by clicking herePlease respond by Monday, DECEMBER 14th.
 
Merchandise
Merchandise will be available for sale during the tournament at South West Arena. The stand will be in the main lobby. We will also be giving the teams an opportunity to do pre-orders. An online link will be sent via email on December 7th and will be live until December 21st. Families will be sent a link to do their own order and pay through the link. Orders will then be available and organized by last name for pick up at the merchandise stand at South West Arena.
 
Best of Times Panoramic Photos
Best of Times will be onsite to take a panoramic team photo of each team. Best of Times will create a schedule that will include a scheduled time for each team to take their photo. Once this is available I will send it out via email. To view their amazing work click here.

Welcome to the FMCVB Housing Bureau, my name is Melissa and I have great news, your tournament reservation link is “live” and ready to be provided to your team(s)!! This block of rooms is held until 30days prior to your arrival date. I will be your contact for you and any of your parents that might have questions during the reservation process. Below is a link that will take you and your team step by step through the booking process. (This link will only show the hotel you have selected.) Once they have completed all the steps to making a reservation they are going to receive an e-mail that will tell them it has been sent to the hotel for confirmation. Once the hotel confirms the reservation (which can take up to 72hrs) they will receive the final confirmation e-mail. After the reservation is made if you or your team have questions or need to make any changes/cancellations to your reservations 72 hours prior to your arrival please click the link at the bottom of your confirmation e-mail or contact me @ 701-365-4575 Monday- Friday 8am-5pm or email housing@fargomoorhead.org . I again will be your point of contact up until 72 before your arrival date. Within 72 hours of your arrival to the hotel you will be able to make any changes or cancellations directly with the hotel.  Happy Hockey season and I am looking forward to working with you and your team(s)!!

 

If you are looking to upgrade your room: You should still make your reservation through the link, you should receive your confirmation number from the hotel with 72 hours. Once you receive your confirmation number you can contact the hotel directly and ask to change your room type.
